Mandarin Immersion Magnet School does not create, assign, or approve bus routes, bus stops, or route changes. These decisions are made by the HISD Transportation Department. While MIMS cannot change a bus route or stop, our campus team is happy to help families understand the process, verify student information, and connect you with the appropriate HISD Transportation resource. We know that dependable transportation is an important part of getting students to and from school safely each day. When Should I Contact MIMS?
Please contact the campus if your child’s address, phone number, email address, or other student information needs to be updated, or if there is an immediate student safety concern. Accurate student information is important because HISD Transportation uses district records when providing transportation services. We understand how frustrating transportation concerns can be, and we appreciate your patience as HISD Transportation works to address requests and route concerns.
